Health is the greatest asset we have, nothing else matters without good health. All the money in the world is worthless if you can’t get out of bed.
Without good health, you can’t travel, play actively, climb the stairs in a luxury home or sit in a fancy car, or even fully love another person.
I can control the way my body ages and looks as a result of my beliefs. Who says we get old at a certain age? Noah lived to be 950 years old Gen 9:29
I Control my diet & exercise rituals which shape my body and maintain my health. It’s a part of who I am and a part of my lifestyle everyday so I stay healthy and in peak physical shape.
I believe my mind can heal my body of even the most life threatening illnesses.
My Vision
What My Ideal Health & Fitness Looks Like?
“You can’t expect to look like a million bucks if you eat from the dollar menu.”
My physical body will look 15+ years younger than my physical age and feel 20 to 30 years younger. My activity levels and capabilities will be that of a healthy person ½ my age
I will be very lean, very strong, and have a perfectly portioned athletic build. I focus on all parts of my body.
My body fat will be impressively low. I will be proud not to where a shirt, and feel no inabilities or embarrassment
I expect to live to at least 100, and still be independent and active moving around like healthy people half my age.
I will have a very complete and organized meal prep area to make healthy eating very easy. I will also have substitutes for those times I can’t eat as healthy as desired and resist cravings for junk food
My exercise plan will cover my entire body and be an aggressive one like when I was younger. No excuses.
In will gain control over of my sleep disorder & drinking habits
Outside of little common colds, I expect to never be sick, or have any major illness.

I love when people guess my age 15+ years younger than I am. I like looking and feeling young.
I want to have the strengths, energy, and vitality to do fun physical things with much younger people for a much longer time
I tend to date girls 20 to 30 years younger than me and I want that to continue to feel normal. I want to continue to see the passion in their eyes when they look at me even though I’m usually older than their father.
I want to do the activities that most of the world doesn’t believe people my age can do, and have fun doing them.
I feel much better when I don’t miss daily workouts. I feel dirty when I miss them
I want to be able to fall asleep at normal times without having to drink or take pills to do it, and awake fully rested without any kind of drowsy feelings.

My Strategies For My Ideal Health & Fitness

My Ideal Meal Plan: consists of mostly proteins. All kinds of meat, fish, pork, etc. Side dishes can be Salads, Veggies, cheese, etc. I stay away from Sugars, Sodas, Starches, and sauces.
My Ideal Exercise Plan is a daily one of medium to high intensity. I have 4 main categories that I offset each day. Day 1 is Chest & Triceps, Day 2 is Back & Biceps, Day 3 is Shoulders, and Day 4 is Legs. I just rotate through each day on a daily basis and put a hard 1hr workout in. I start each workout with 12 minutes on a stationary bike. 1hr in the morning and 20 minutes late afternoon for stretching and cardio
I must correct my sleeping disorder. This would help with my early morning rituals and eliminate a lot of daily drinking to try and induce sleep
I must stick with my morning/daily/evening hygiene rituals
